Optimizing Dividend Stocks

Here is my optimization analysis on a 12-Dividend portfolio made up of individual stocks.  It might be interesting to look at a portfolio made up of 20 to 30 individual stocks. I like the 9.0 projected return and the high Return/Risk ratio.  A yield of 2.7% is also quite respectable. Newton Portfolio Review: 20 March 2012

It is again time to check in on the Newton Portfolio.  The following Dashboard shows the Strategic Asset Allocation plan for the Newton, and nearly all the asset classes are in balance.  I am not concerned about the under-target in international bonds as it is counter balanced by overweight in domestic bonds. Efficient Frontier: A Brief Explanation

In preparation for a fresh design of this blog I asked for suggestions how to improve the "look and feel" of ITA Wealth Management.  Several suggestions focused on the need for further explanation of some of the technical aspects of investing.  Before going too technical, keep in mind that as investors, we continually ask the question - "What portfolio will produce the most return for the least … [Read More...]
